What about a development on 2 miles of virgin beach front with a sports academy run by famous footballers Gary Neville, Rio Ferdinand and John Terry aswell as a marina with designer named boutiques + cafes and bars + 3 golf courses all in a secure gated community? They are also fully furnished with a guaranteed lettings option.

How about something on a Colin Montgomery golf course right on the beach front? The 2 bed apartments are larger than a typical 4 bed house (110m2 living area + a balcony you can swing a can on!) with sea and golf course views + health club + sports facilities + 5 star hotel all built in traditional local architecture? 

We continually research the world for hotspots and cherry pick only a limited number of select developments. Some of our clients are seeing capital gains of 15-25% p.a.
